About the programme

The goal of this programme is to establish pathway opportunities that recognize the value of a student’s previous education to provide seamless, accessible, and innovative opportunities for furthering their education. Through this programme, applicants from JCDV Vidyapeeth Bachelor of Business Administration Degree program who meet the outlined requirements may be eligible for admission into an upper semester of Seneca’s Bachelor of Business Administration Degree Program, provided all other entrance criteria are met and space remains available.

Eligibility

• Students with JCDV’s Bachelor of Business Administration Degree may be considered for admission to Seneca’s Bachelor of Business Administration Degree Program.
• Applicants must have passed BBA in 1^st year from JCD Vidyapeeth with a minimum 50% overall program average.
• Applicants who meet the requirements set out above are not guaranteed admission under this programme. The number of students who will be accepted in any academic year may vary from year to year, and preference will be given to applicants with the best qualifications.
• It is the responsibility of the student to obtain all necessary documentation such as Visa permits, study and/or co-op/work integrated learning work permits, should they be required.

Admissions Process

Applicants from JCDV’s Bachelor of Business Administration Degree wishing to pursue this pathway must complete the following two-step process:

Step 1

• All eligible Applicants will complete an online Seneca International Student application form through the IWA portal.
• To qualify for admission, the application must be received no later than March 31 of the year being applied for.
• All applicants must submit an official transcript confirming current enrollment at JCDV and an overall GPA of the Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.
• If only a partial transcript is sent, the admission offer will be conditional to the presentation of a full transcript confirming the overall GPA for semesters completed from the JCDV Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.

Step 2

• Qualified Applicants receiving a letter of acceptance from Seneca will have to secure a valid Canadian Study Permit Visa from the Canadian Embassy/High Commission. Applicants will need to provide proof of payment when applying for a study permit.
• The offer confirmation process and tuition fee payments are as published on Seneca’s website.
• The tuition fee payment is due per the deadline on your offer of admission.
